Abstract

Human Development in Sragen Regency continues to progress, which is indicated by the continuous increase in the Human Development Index (HDI) of Sragen Regency.

The HDI of Sragen Regency in 2021 reached 74.08, which means that the status of human development in Sragen according to the UNDP criteria was "high". The HDI of Sragen Regency in 2012-2021 grew on average by 0.83 percent per year.

During the period 2012 to 2021, the HDI component also experienced an increase. Newborns have a chance of living up to 75.79 years, an increase of 0.59 years compared to 2012. Children aged 7 years have the opportunity to attend school for 12.84 years, an increase of 1.16 years compared to that of 2012.

In 2012. Meanwhile, the average population of 25 years of age and over has studied for 7.66 years, an increase of 1.38 years compared to 2012. Per capita expenditure of the community has reached Rp. 12.68 million rupiah in 2021, an increase Rp 1.98 million rupiah compared to 2012.
