Abstract

Combined inflation for six cities in Central Java in November 2023 is 0.49 percent. The highest inflation was in the city of Semarang at 0.52 percent.

The main cause of inflation in November 2023 is the increase in the prices of red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, purebred chicken eggs and granulated sugar. The main barrier to inflation is a decrease in the prices of petrol, purebred chicken, packaged liquid milk, rice and cooking oil.
